Staff Co-Fund
Staff are an essential part of delivering patient care and support for anyone facing a blood cancer diagnosis.
We are keen to support initiatives that would enable a member of staff to provide direct patient care related to bringing scientific research into a clinical setting.
We hope this investment will have a direct impact on patient care and offer hope for the future through clinical trials and new treatments.
This fund is open to HSC organisations or voluntary sector organisations within Northern Ireland, or with a strong presence/impact for patients in Northern Ireland.
Funding award: Maximum of 50% towards staffing costs for up to 3 years and will be flexible depending on the role/grade.
- Review and submit the Guidlines & Triage Application Form.
- One deadline per year. Next deadline 6th November 2026.
- Triage assessed by the Scientific & Medical Advisory Committee.
- 2 external assessments: Peer Review & SMAC meeting.
- Application assessed by Board of Trustees.
- Applicants advised of decision within 3 months of full proposal deadline.
