Join us for our “Step Out for Blood Cancer” Campaign!

With 100 local people diagnosed with blood cancer each month, now more than ever, we need your help to fund lifesaving and life-enhancing research to beat blood cancer.

Sadly, due to COVID-19 we’ve had to cancel all our outdoor summer events, but we haven’t let the pandemic stop us as we’ve launched our ‘Step out for Blood Cancer’ campaign!

Step out for Blood Cancer is a great way to keep fit, feel healthier and reconnect with friends and family this summer and all whilst supporting our vital cause – funding pioneering blood cancer research at Queens University, Belfast.

The campaign will run between June and the end of August and there are two exciting challenges to choose from:

The 10,000-step challenge: Our 10,000-step challenge is roughly equivalent to taking part in one of our local town walks. So set your target and start counting those steps!

The 20,000-step challenge: Feeling as if you need a bigger challenge?  Take the 20,000-step challenge and it will feel like you’ve climbed Slieve Donard!

Whether you take a walk in the park or step it out at home, you can sign up in 3 easy steps:

Step 1:  Choose your step challenge and register at:
Step 2:   Tell your family and friends and see if they’ll step out for blood cancer this summer with you.
Step 3:  Ask family and friends to donate at
