New 2017 PhD Studentship

Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI will be funding a PhD Studentship to start in October 2017

We are delighted to announce that Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI have committed to funding a new PhD studentship in memory of Alison Williamson who sadly passed away last year following a battle with lymphoma. The studentship will start in October 2017. 

This will be a further commitment of almost £100,000 over three years to Queen’s University Belfast. 

PhD Studentships are vital to ensure that we have industry leaders in the future. 

The studentship will be based in the Centre for Cancer Research & Cell Biology here in Belfast, a world class research facility. Here the student will have the opportunity to learn from internationally reknowned leaders in the field.
