Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI award £20,000 Grant to Dr Fiona Furlong & Dr Jaine Blayney

We are delighted to announce that LLNI will be funding research with Dr Fiona Furlong and Dr Jaine Blayney.

They will be investigating long non – coding RNA (lncRNAs), and its function in diseases such as cancer, specifically Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. This research will enable the team to explore the mechanisms underlying AML differentiation as a new treatment strategy for AML.
