Moonlit Mourne Trek 2022
Now in its 9th year, our ever popular Moonlit Mourne Trek will take place on Saturday 11th June 2022. Starting from Donard carpark, we will begin our ascent in the early evening, summiting Slieve Donard as the sun sets. We will enjoy the stunning views before starting our twilight descent by torchlight.
The Moonlit Mourne Trek is approximately 6 miles in total, with a climb of 850m. We recommend a good level of general fitness and suitable outdoor attire. Please bring a number of layers, including hats and gloves, as well as adequate food and water to sustain you for an approximate 4 hour hike. We’d be delighted if you would join us for this exhilarating and rewarding adventure!
