Going the Distance for Blood Cancer – Belfast to Dublin

We’re really excited about our virtual events for 2021!

We’ve partnered with My Virtual Mission (MVM), which is a fantastic app that will really bring this challenge to life. You can participate as an individual or a team, and by synching your fitness tracker to the MVM app, it will allow you to see your progress along the interactive map in real time!

The Belfast to Dublin route is especially significant, as it is the same journey countless blood cancer patients have made (and will make), in order to receive life saving stem cell treatments. The route is 169km in length and the aim of this challenge is to clock up the distance by completing walks, runs or cycles in your local area.

The registration fee is £12 and each person will receive an LLNI drifit tshirt, as well as a certificate and medal upon completion. There is no requirement to obtain sponsorship, but if you would like to use this as an opportunity to raise money, we would be very grateful.

Further information will be emailed to you, once you have registered, reserve you place here: https://llni.co.uk/shop/products/belfast-to-dublin/

Sign up, get your family and friends involved and get out and about this summer to clock up those miles for blood cancer research!
